The key central institutions in the Republic of Croatia are the Directorate for Public Procurement Policy within the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance for concessions, the Public-Private Partnership Agency for PPPs and the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures for review procedures.
