The key central institutions in the Republic of Croatia are the Directorate for Trade and Public Procurement Policy within the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the Ministry of Finance for concessions, the Public-Private Partnership Agency for PPPs and the State Commission for the Supervision of Public Procurement Procedures for review procedures.
